I've done a lot of body work on datsun 1600's i've had in the past.
I've also spent time helping a friend restoring a morris minor and welding the new panels in was no problem at all. forming up sheet to fill in gaps was a pain.

You dont have to take my word for it as i work there and am totally biased, ask around and you'll find quiet a few tha...

He does a very thorough assessment to ascertain what the issues are and then sets about fixing them. He is the guy That Steve Hogg sends people to which is how i found out about him

Re: Broken frame :(

We send broken frames over to bike addiction to get repaired. The guy who fixes the frames used to be the composites guru at Ferrari apparently.
I have seen a trek madone that had been folded in half via broken top and down tubes repaired so that it looked like new and only weighed a bit more.

Re: Garmin Edge 500 - slow to find satelites?

I turn mine on when I first bring the bike out of the house so it can locate the satellites while I am putting my shoes on. If I start moving before it locks on then it will take ages for it to work. If this happens just stop somewhere where u have a clear view to the north for under a minute and it...

I should be picking up the wee Fuji track frame that I bought for Marian in the next week or so from star enamel. It takes 650 wheels which I have. It would be interesting to see how it fits you.
I also have a 650c zipp carbon front wheel that I was given
