Hi Peter, given I ordered on the 25th Oct and the first list prior to that only had 13 names on it, we thought 25 caps would be adequate. Note also there were some committee changes in that time.

We weren't sure about the popularity of this item, hence the small order.

Fernleigh Track is awesome, it was my daily commute for a couple of years, but could have told you to ride the Pacific Hwy and avoid the coal loader area at all costs!

I attempted to ride Middies 2 weeks ago and a Fasties rider was in the bunch having a ride with a mate. He said it was more a middies pace than 28's. As Strawburger has said, I believe the rule reads something along the lines of: 'you must use a cycleway unless it is not practicable to do so'. I believe the law says that cyclists are to use a bike lane 'unless it is impracticable to do so'. Those are the words that will be under scrutiny if one was to be fined for not using a cycleway.

I have a Hillbrick he is welcome to borrow. It is smaller than a 54 sorry (think it is a 52?) but the offer is there. It will need a saddle.
