Surfing through cyclingnews.com, I just spotted everyone's favourite, the Apollo Record flying around in the points race in the US National Championships!
Note that it's badged as a Monoq, which I believe is the manufacturer's name(?)
Apollo/Raceline/Monoq used in US Nationals Points Race
Similar frame, but not quite the same.
Geometry of Monoc bike here.
Geometry of Apollo bike here.
Not to worry though, because there were a few Teschners there, and they are genuine Aussie bikes!
One picture really caught my attention in that series though. See below...
Anything unusual?
Look closely at the headtube. At first I thought this was an inside-out headset like the Italians used on the Cinelli Laser in the early eighties, but that design was banned. This appears to be a clever design where material from the forks rises up to form a fairing in front of the head tube. How this has not been banned amazes me.
Looks like Felt have found a nice way to bend the rules!

I can't see how it gives an aero advantage, as there would be wind friction over the join.
Blah blah "information" on the web - I don't believe there's a difference.Similar frame, but not quite the same.
