Here it is and enjoy! I was really impressed by our DHBC's "Sea of Red" this year. So easily identifiable, especially compared with our gang of five from last year.

Let me know by PM if you want full sized jpeg file.

Great photo and thanks for posting - unbelievably I look like I might even be half smiling in this shot .... I'd love the original - I'll PM you with my email address if you wouldn't mind.

Stuart, I sure remembered your face when you first sat down on the grass. It was a man in real pain. But you looked a lot happier here and that means you'll be back next year!

Just let me know by PM if you want a copy of the original and I'll PM the download URL. I won't post it here so as to avoid bots. MikeC has already cropped a version showing my grey hairs... Not good. So let's keep it less magnified. ;)

Yeah - what a great Photo Wieyun ! Quality is great and good to see the numbers up for DHBC, pretty fun day and a great ride. Pity we didnt get the late stragglers as this would have been a big team from DHBC.

Didn't we get a photo at the start with everyone in it?

Well, I couldn't really take credit for the composition if I was in the photo, could I? But the camera is mine. ;)

Yes, it would have been perfect had we been able to get one of everyone at the finish. But unfortunately a few of us had to head off for the return ride, hence this early group photo.

Adrian, would you have a URL download link for the original photo file (directly out of the camera without any compression/cropping)? Would love to get hold of a copy. I'll PM you.

Also remembered, someone in our club group had a helmet cam on. I guess video needs a bit more time to post-process. I wait...

When would of been the last time DHBC had 40 riders at an event?

Wow, that's incredible. More people in one photo and one event than we had in actual members about 2 years ago!!!

I headed off from Mick Mazza's on Sunday at 6.15am by myself. Had a great fast ride close to the front of the Gong ride (they happened to be in my way on my normal Sunday training ride!!) with a whole bunch of roadies.

Coming back from Waterfall I managed to find a small group of regular cyclists which was good.

It was great to see numerous DHBC jerseys on the other side of the road for my whole ride back. Some of you would have seen me waving.

Did Julian catch up to you? He was going for it on the way out.

There is a huge group photo from 1936 on the Marrickville image collection - http://photosau.com/Marrickville/scripts/home.asp - search on Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club.

Could someone with better skills than me please post it on the forum?

I think we should try to re-create the image for the club centenary. Get everyone to wear a club jersey or other plain red top and take the photo on the curve of the track at Tempe. This time make sure there are women and juniors in the photo as well!
