I found the pics on a Spanish website for a bike shop that specialises in the fixie market, so I assume it's in Spain.

The fresh paint on the track implies that it is still gets ridden. I wonder how many flats are caused by splinters in the tyres? Coming off on this track would involve weeks of pulling splinters out of your arse!

Outdoor wooden velodromes are generally a bad idea due to the impact the weather has on the track surface. There are none in Australia, although have seen the Cooks Gardens velodrome in Wanganui, New Zealand looking quite good after about 10 years use and exposure to the elements.

The Boulder CO track (142m) is a similar size and shape to Muswellbrook (165m), it's just the surface and the fact it's indoors that differ.

Wasn't the ex Camperdown Velodrom similarly an outdoor wooden track?

Camperdown was (somewhat subsided) concrete. 250m around I think, and quite similar in banking to Dunc Gray. It was fun to ride out to it on a weekday afternoon and buzz around on it with no-one else about.
