As I have had a few enquiries about Tuesday morning training, here is what we have done for the past two weeks.
We leave from the corner of Sydney Park road and King St near St Peters station, just around the corner on Sydney Park Rd, 6am, and that means we are leaving at 6am. We ride out towards La Parouse, do some sprint intervals, around to Maroubra, a killer hill in Coogee, then back home, we get back to the park around 7:45. Its around 42kms.
If anyone is interested let me know. There are three of us doing this at the moment.
