They are on Ebay for $69. I've also seen them in Burwood shopping centre, and Rhodes shopping centre being flogged by those variety shops set up in the middle of the walking areas.

Such small wheels combined with no fork rake at all, make for a dangerously unstable riding platform. No good for anything faster than walking pace.
