UCI press release, World Outdoor Track Championship 2013, successful bid for Sydney. April 1 2011

Interesting news, apparently the world outdoor track championships has been secured for Sydney in 2013

Surely this is going to be held at Tempe, no other outdoor track is suitable for such an event, unless they intend to build a new velodrome, but that seems overkill
