Don't know anything about these guys however they are rather well dressed...
The Red Touring Bicycle Club from Brisbane
Dont know who these guys are or what club the 'Red club' is, but if they are as uppity as they look, their club wouldnt have lasted very long after 1913.
By around the end of the first decade of the 1900s, the rich were abandoning the bicycle for the motor car. Around this time, the bicycle was becoming very, very affordable and not just another play thing of the rich.

"RED BICYCLE TOURING CLUB. The week-end camps are becoming more popular each week, with the result that the number of campers is increasing. Last week-end the members spent most of their time in sunbathing and oyster catching, but judging by remarks heard during the week there will be no more sun-bathing for a time. During this week-end camp a ping-pong tournament will be decided. Everything points towards a successful and enjoyable camp at Christmas." (The Queenslander, 20 December 1913, p. 215)
This sounds like my kind of club, eating oysters, sunbathing and playing ping pong.
Looks like 1913 was the club's swansong, can't find any mention of them after that. Perhaps Marc's right, and they all took to motorbikes/cars after this.
