Well I have got my niece started early. She is 8 and is slowly developing a love for cycling that didn't start for me until 12 months ago.
However, her bike is too small. So, time to get a new one!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what bike to get? Our budget is quite small, probably only $200-$300 or so and we'd hope to get her one that will last her a few years. Am I best just heading on to eBay to look for something? Does anyone have a bike their kids have grown out of that they would be willing to sell?
Any help would be great.
Bike Recommendations for an 8 Year Old...

I’m in a similar situation looking for a 20" for my 7 year old, not a lot listed on bike exchange second hand and ebay seems to be filled with ex kmart brands (no I’m not being snobby, you should see what I ride
Havnt noticed anything majorly negative floating around the interweb regarding this Polygon brand, they looks quite well spec-ed for the $ and are about a third cheaper than a Giant or Specialised
