Pia and I will be watching the track worlds tonight from 7pm. Please join us if you'd like to watch the racing and have a drink with us. Our address is 30/71 Alice Street, Newtown.

I logged my ride to the gym this morning http://app.strava.com/rides/6367697

A lot of data for a spin down to the gym. Some points
- about 800 watts max LOL, how did it figure that out? No way I wasn't late
- Is the average speed worked out from the moving time or the stationary time?
- As I'm riding a fxie, it would be possible for them to calculate my cadence from my speed
