Is anyone keen for structured weekly training rides at an A-grade / B-grade level?
This is what I'm currently doing.
TUES EVENING SPRINTS Centennial (50KM) (5pm start)
WEND LA PAR / PARK (Med Pace) (50KM)
THURS HILLS (40 - 50KM)
FRI HARD INTERVALS (40KM)
SAT EASY PACED RIDE (50KM)
SUN Usual ride with the club

6.30am starts everyday except for Tuesday.
