Tentatively yes. I've been wanting to do one of these for a while now. I'll see if I can get a leave pass and go up.
I entered the B Grade 'Shimano' Group - starts at 7:30am.
As at 9am there are still a dozen or so places left in each of the grades.
I'm keen to ride there with anyone else who can guide me on Sunday morning.
And the hyperlink on the Manly site is not correct. Use this one: www.trybooking.com/EQVY

Not looking to win, just need kms in the legs. Am very keen to ride out and back so keep me posted on details.
Cheers

I'm in. Shimano B. Keen to ride up. Should we meet at Post Office square at 6ish?
Whoah - you guys are hard core! Due to a change of job (less commuting) I haven't been riding as much this year, so I'm going to enter in D-grade.
Just a heads-up - the competition is pretty stiff at West Head; a grade up from Waratah Masters, I reckon (eg. C-grade Waratah = D-grade West Head).
Anyway, good luck to all!

Oh right. Hmm, oh well. I'll try finishing with the bunch in that case. Should be enough of a challenge.

Ha! OK John, let's ride to win. Have you ridden the course before? It'll be my first time.
Jon, sounds like you'll have a couple of superdomestiques at your disposal, so no excuses for not taking that top step on the podium.
I think it's all filled up now - the only places left when I signed on were 2 in D-grade.
See you guys there!

Hi Guys,
Amy and I are riding up leaving from the corner of Balmain rd and Parramatta rd at 5:30 sharp. We'll be heading along Parramatta rd to the city, Spit Bridge, Wakehurst Parkway, Forest Way and Terry Hills. I estimate it'll take 1:40- 1:45 hrs to ride there at a manageable/ steady pace averaging 26-ish allowing time for a flat.
Let us know here if your coming,
Mark.
