JoeBlow Sport Pump Schrader Valve Problem

Please excuse the newbie question. I have a JoeBlow Sport tyre pump which I have used with my Trek Bike with its presta valves no problems. I am house-sitting and the bike here has schrader valves and there is a pump the same as mine. Unfortunately, I can't get it to lock on to the valves. Obviously I know how to use this pump ... put the lever in the middle put the head over the valve and move the lever back. Unfortunately it doesn't work. The tires are completely flat. Any thoughts?

Stephie, I have one of these also. The pump head has two female receivers, one side is the Presta and the other the schrader. If that doesn't work unscrew the collar/cap of the schrader side and check to see if the insert has been flipped over.

Thanks Dougie. Turns out the insert to the Schrader side was missing. I went and got my pump and was able to fix it as I only use the presta side for my bike.

All pumped up now and ready to ride
