Volunteers for the Tempe Xmas Carnival

We need volunteers to help run the Xmas Carnival event at Tempe velodrome on 28th of December. This is going to be a much bigger event than previous years with a band and a bar. While Crafty will mostly take care of the racing, we will be running the entertainment, food and a bar. So we are looking for volunteers for the following roles:

Bar manager (with RSA):
Bar assistants (with RSA):
Chief marshall:
Lap counter:
Food/refreshments manager:
Food/refreshments helpers:
General help:
Door persons:
Set up before:
Clean up after:

Volunteers will get free entry and a warm inner glow for helping make the event possible. Please volunteer here or email John Caley on j.m.caley@gmail.com

We need 2 or 3 people to help Jenny Wallace run the canteen and BBQ for the junior carnival before the main carnival on 28 Dec. Set-up 12.20-1.30 and BBQing /serving 1.30-5pm Please call me on 0418262706 ASAP if you can help.
