Home contents insurance. BNSW's insurance extra.Anyone know how you can get insurance for a bike?
I'll give you 8.6/10 for not noticing the problem earlier.Anyway, all this talk about damaged bike bits. I worked out why my front tyre didn't want to stay up on sunday morning before i left the house. It seems that in my crash my front tyre hit the other guys casette, so it has a line of holes through the casing, and one of them is obviously just big enough to allow an inflated tube to sneak through and then pinch it. I'm glad it had nothing to do with my fast tube changing skills.
So when are you going to use up all your current spares?Next time someones ordering, I need some more tyres, my rear rubino has a big cut in it, I'll be lucky to ride home.
Clearly it's your weight that caused it!2003 5 flats (the last 2 on the 31st December, shouldn't of gone to work that day)
2004 5 flats
2005 5 flats
2006 6 flats
2007 17 flats (so far)
what the ?
The road in front of that pub on the western end of Pyrmont Br is often littered with broken glass from the previous night, especially on Sat mornings.Yesterday I didn't actually puncture, I don't know what cut the tyre, but it must of gone across it and didn't push in too deeply. Perhaps my luck is changing.
Yes, I remember riding that way with you, it was a real shocker. You need an alternative route to that one.The road in front of that pub on the western end of Pyrmont Br is often littered with broken glass from the previous night, especially on Sat mornings.
But you can't avoid it unless you do a major detour b/n Anzac Br and Pyrmont Br, ie. Doing a loop around the casino. It's the standard route going into Darling Harbour.Yes, I remember riding that way with you, it was a real shocker. You need an alternative route to that one.
It was forced upon us. We just chipped in out of the goodness of our hearts to keep the thread alive to compensate for your way delayed appearance.Considering that the thread started about the cracked Pinarello, it was interested to see how it got hijacked.
