Who needs 11 speed?

Picture I just found from this year's Tour de San Luis in Argentina. Cuban cyclist using Campagnolo 8-speed. And it's not even Record. Looks like 1994 Chorus to me.
I know they have a hard time getting the latest equipment in Cuba, so it's good to see that Campag 8-speed kicking on for so long! I am now cheering for Cuba every chance I get...

Considering what the rest of the bikes in Cuba are like, having 16 gears is as good as an engine.

His helmet is quite a few holes less than what AC wore in TdF.
Good on him for competing!
BTW, Cuban food is one of my favourites. Love their mango butter.

Guess it depends on how much you are willing to pay and where you dine.
The cuban restaurants I've been have all been in the US. And that particular one in Philadelphia... Yum!
