According to the e-Cycle newsletter you have recieved;
First Aid as a Pre-requisite for Coaches
From 1 January 2010, a First Aid qualification is now mandatory for all new coaches who attend a coach training program, at all levels, across all disciplines. Existing accredited coaches will have until 1 January 2011 to acquire a First Aid qualification.

I'm thinking this may be the senior first aid certificate that I have, but I'm not sure.

First Aid as a requirement for existing accredited coaches will be introduced gradually and will become compulsory for all coaches as of 1st January 2011.

No immediate requirements for current accredited Cycle Skills Coaches until Jan 2011. Although we may wish to do something on this anyway.

I'm first aid accredited which is one less to worry about.
