Well, 2 of us did set out for RNP.

After being sore and our glysogen stores in our legs low and aching after our Handicap race yesterday, James M and Geoff M decided the best treatment for soreness was a simple recovery ride thru RNP. Besides, it was the 1st Sunday of the month eh boys!

So we set off, and whilst James was keen to go in at Audley, I did plead some sanity, and we went up to Waterfall. Stopping for a stretch and bite to eat, Fouad and his mate George (with the Teschner) turned up and then there were 4.

We had a pretty good ride, although my pace was a bit slower this time, and Fouad got a flat. This stopped us from catching the rest of the bunch at 7 Eleven, but the 4 of us managed to go a reasonable pace back to Brighton Le Sands before we split up.

So the tradition for RNP cotinues. Don't forget the 3rd Sunday of the month is the next one.

Remember, "NO PAIN, NO GAIN".

I can definitely relate to one of these two, and still waiting for the second.

Good to hear you did the ride. I wasn't sure anyone was planning to do it.

I had my fun after leaving Eugen and Co. to head vertical up Bulli Pass, and then push against the wind on my lonely trip home.

3rd Sunday is Grafton, so you'll have to hold the fort again Geoff!!
