So I've been offered a massive 3 bedroom house in erskinville.
15 paradise lane i think. near the slowies route on a quiet road. Fresh carpet and paint, new kitchen, garden in front and backyard. big garage for bikes. Anyone looking for a new place to live??? It would be Me and ben + 2 for 230/week if you want a room. who's interested?
or if you know a couple it's 400/week and then we have a guest room.
plus i'm a good cook!

Am wondering if you mean Pleasant Avenue? If so it IS pleasant and would recommend it highly.

There are two rooms coming up in my house for those on more of a budget. Old carpet and paint,old kitchen,backyard,big loungeroom/laundry for bikes. 200pw including all bills. Just round the corner from vargabar/start of wilson st. It's also not far from Lizanne's new place and she is a good cook! so just pop round at dinner time

ya, Pleasant Avenue sounds about right, and i looked it up (it's right)
it looks like a really good street and i really want to move in. Rent and 3 bedrooms is just too much for me to take on. but i really want a house! and it's big, and freshly (still doing work) renavated and painted, and carpeted, and there is space for heaps of bikes to live. common break a lease and move in with me!

It is indeed a good street, famous for street parties and alot of community activity. Highly recommended and aptly named. Really it's Erkos premier street.

I would be in just to have Ben as a room mate, but 6 months left of lease etc
