Mail Chimp Help Required

Hi All,
You might have noticed that the last newsletter went out via Mail Chimp for the first time due to the fact that we have now gone over 500 members and need a way to manage the subscribers. I've just set up a Mail Chimp account for the club and I am slowly navigating my way through it.
Is there anyone out there with Mail Chimp expertise? It's a relatively easy system to use but I'm sure I can make more use of its features. We're also looking to get the newsletter looking a little more professional and stylish with some graphic design work or otherwise.
Any help would be great.
