24" rear wheel needed for cargo bike

I've scored a cargo bike which needs a new front wheel. Getting the band brake off I've discovered its a screw-on, ie has a rear wheel hub.

So has anyone got a 24" rear wheel they don't want? Or have seen a 24" bike put out for council collection?

try the Bower @ Addison Rd. Community centre. They have lots of collected bikes and dont mind you dismantling to get the bits you want.
