Christmas Tempe Track Carnival volunteers needed

It’s that time again – the even bigger and better Christmas Tempe Track Carnival is looming. It’s on December 28th, with the main action starting at 6pm.

One of the main things that makes it work is the time and effort of volunteers

One of the things we learned from last year is that we want volunteers to have plenty of opportunity to also see the racing (and entertainment), so we’re trying to make everyone’s shifts shorter. This means we need even more people than last year

The roles we need to fill are:

• Entry Gate
• Traffic/ parking assistants
• Marshalls
• Bar workers
• Canteen salespeople
• Set up
• Pack up

So can you help this year?

- help set up beforehand between 1-3pm?
- help serve on the bar for an hour? (need RSA certificate)
- staff the entry for an hour?
- help manage parking for an hour?
- help pack away for an hour at the end?
