Entries for the Goulburn trackpower open on the 10th Jan close Sunday the 4th so there is still plenty of time to get your entries in for this one. I've never ridden there but it looks round, flat and made of asphalt.

Guys here's a video of the footage me & Dad took on Saturday night. Not much racing & we missed Alex's crash but here's what we did get...

Sorry about the quality, when I reduced the size to upload it, it has become darker too...

Well its been a rather exciting week. Heres a quick summary.

Crashed on Saturday during a rather dangerous 'missing out' race. The race was all bunched up and another rider pulled up into me. His rear axle nut went into my front wheel and with the bang of my exploding front tyre and spokes down I went.

I was feeling ok after the crash, just a bit stiff and sore. I was even well enough to walk down to the track on Monday night and say hello. Sadly thats where the fun ended, I developed an infection from one of my wounds, which gave me symptoms similar to a good dose of the flu. The doctor gave me antibiotics to take, which I turned out to be allergic to, resulting in pretty extreme stomach pain.

So I now sitting at home, eating boiled rice and plain toast, feel rather sorry for myself.

On the plus side lindsay thinks he can fix my front wheel, and the rest of the bike suvived reasonably well.

Alex

Let me guess, he gave you Erythromycin. In any case, stomach pain isn't an allergy, just an adverse reaction. ;)

Good luck in your recovery.

Nope not erythromycin, something called Ibilex.

Unusual for Ibilex to cause problems. In any case, it's not an allergy but most likely to be a reaction related to the circumstance or just coincidental.
