Rudy Project has a number of models that's compatible with clip in prescription lenses, but they are somewhat expensive.

Otherwise virtually any sports compatible tinted lens can be made into sunglasses eg. Toughened glass or "plastic". In other words, any OPSM store would be able to assist.

But for the best result, try soft contact lens.

Thanks weiyun, I cant wear contacts and I need a certain 'base arc' because of my prescription. I tried OPSM in burwood and they told me to go to a cycling store.

Matt,

I use the Rudy projects with the clip in lense. I have used these for about 4 years now.

I went to a guy in Cronulla he does heaps of sports people and is good at fitting them. He does heaps of brands and can give you a lot of different choices with regard to lenses and frame styles. He is on the northern side of the mall on the Kingsway

Matt

You can try the Optometrist in Marrickville Metro (opposite Wollies), I have bought Prescription Sunglasses from them (they are Oakleys so probably more than you want to spend).

Hi Matt,
I called them on the phone, they are very helpful as was looking into presecription cycling glasses too.

Anyway - she said the Rudy projects and the Addidas both come in a version you can get the prescription in the glasses or the clip on. For the clip on's you are looking at around $100-$120 for the clip on, plus lenses + glasses. Dont pick the Rudy Projects or you could be up for $700+.

While you are at the shop, pick some nice cheap ones for me will ya
