Hi all
Is anyone interested in rides of 100+ Kms (e.g RNP or west head/ Akuna/ gorges)at a 25-28's pace?
I love these rides but I am not keen to hold people up and it becomes less enjoyable when you aren't sure if you will survive...
If anyone wants to suggest any days/ rides as alternatives to the Middies paced ones that pop up, post on this thread please.
Cheers -

Camille,
I put up a post for a ride of the 4 Gorges on Saturday. If I changed the pace to 28s would you be comfortable coming along. It's about 130 km with some good hills and a ferry ride!

I've edited my post - cruisey 28 pace now. If the weather stays nice, as it is supposed to, should be a fantastic ride.

I'd totally be up for that Camille, if we get dropped by the 'cruisey 28s', I'll go as slow as you like. I'd just need to keep the iPhone taped to the handlebars for sat nav as I've never ridden West head/akuna/ gorges.
Cheers,
Ben

No worries Camille, 3 of us rode at about 28s pace which was fine for us. It was a beautiful day although a bit cold early.
I'm away for a few weeks but when I get back I'll definitely be doing regular longer rides north and south of Sydney.
Have a great ride,
Peter
